Flat hat band - 22mm wide

Quality of the hat band is excellent. Unfortunately I ordered a tan hat band and the one that turned up looks more dark brown than tan. I am still happy with the band and o.k. with the colour. However, not so happy with how long it took to finally receive my hat band or the lack of communication. It may have been a difficult time with the company relocating but it would have been nice to know what was going on and why it was taking so long to be delivered. Emails, phone calls and texts. It took weeks to find out what was going on. Customer service is a problem. Product quality is not.

Excellent hatband arrived today

I'm very pleased with the wide plait kangaroo hatband that arrived today, and it will enhance all of my seven Akubra hats. Infact, I like the hatband so much that I ordered a second one in a different color. The band has excellent craftmanship, and I look forward to wearing it in the coming weeks.
