Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
- Customers receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once the order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5 days (FREE for all order values)
- Expedited Shipping: 1 - 3 days ($15.00 Fed Ex 2Day/ UPS 2ND DAY AIR)
- Shipping carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
- We ship FOB (Free on Board) Shipping Point, meaning ownership transfers to the customer once the package leaves our facility.
- If a package is marked "delivered" but not received:
- Check with neighbors or household members.
- Contact the carrier for delivery details.
- File a claim with the carrier for lost or stolen packages.
- If stolen, consider filing a police report.

Return Eligibility
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused (no general wear), in original condition, and with packaging/tags.

How to Initiate a Return

- We do not provide return shipping labels, and customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item.

- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
✔ Sustainability & Reverse Supply Chain: If an item has a defect but remains functional, we will offer a partial refund instead of a return. This helps reduce waste and unnecessary shipping while ensuring our products continue to serve a purpose.
